mattress was stained in the first room i was put in then when i was moved to another room 2 out of the 4 pillowcases had stains.

They are trying, it’s an older hotel so keep that in mind. If you are looking for a place to sleep this is it but if you are looking for nice keep moving. It’s old and has a smell to it the beds are not comfortable especially if you are sleeping with someone every movement is felt. The pillows are flat all four you get on the bed are the same thin. You can tell they are trying to upgrade things, it’s a great location for where we were going to, it felt safe. Parking is easy, check in was easy, staff was friendly, I would stay again but only for the price I had it for anything more absolutely not.

Not clean. Floors were not clean, wiped up water with paper towel, it was dirty. Same for bathroom floor. The bathtub had lots of stains, showered with sandals on. Chair had white stains on upholstery.

There was no coffee pot in the room , the hair dryer stopped half way doing my hair . could not get tv to work . Went to the front desk and they told us what to do . Got it on , but could not get sound to work. next day they sent maintenance to fix it . Continental breakfast ? First morning there were no eggs and the coffee was so weak it was like dish water and had no taste what so ever . There was no orange juice , and the toaster was a two slice only . Had to wait in line to use it. There were a few bananas for fruit . None the day before . Was talking to one of the other guests , and he said the day we arrived , there were no sausages for breakfast .Also there were no complementary shampoo , conditioner or body lotion like all the hotels I ever stayed at , which is a lot . There was a microwave , a sink and cupboards ,but no dishes or cutlery . The door stuck , so i had to pull it very hard in order to close it . Went to front desk to ask where the ice machine was , and they said there was none , they did get me some from the kitchen in the dirty ice bucket , which did not even have a plastic bag inside . While at the front desk , there were three other guests there with complaints . One had no towel. one guest had a faulty tv There were no table napkins at breakfast . Only a box tissues at a few of the tables , most of them empty . Salt and pepper was also scarce . Needless to say I would not recommend tis hotel to anyone or stay there again .

The view was very good, but because of the outside wall that was between the room and the outside you really didn't get to enjoy it from the room. The room was very dated. The doors had both been forced open at some point and the frames were broken. As such the wind would blow in threw. There was new heat pumps installed but because of the doors and the ceramic floors in the room, you couldn't get the room warm.

The hotel clean and well kept but many amenities such as the vending machines, the ice machine, the atm, and the laundry room all were out of service or required maintenance. And there’s no elevator so it’s not very accessible. It was a quiet stay but not very comfortable.

Beer stains on wall. Coat rack with no hooks or hangers. Was an empty beer bottle containing brown stuff on flloor by foot of bed used as a bug trap, I think. There were enough towels and tub and toilet were clean. Hallway and room had a weird smell. People at front desk were pleasant and polite. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The sheets had stains all over them, we left and did not stay the night. Not worth the 250$ we had to pay. Very dissatisfied that Expedia would even offer this place. We booked again with Expedia at Simon’s much nicer and only 170$.
