Nice property in a great location with fantastic views, but room was tired and dirty and in need of smartening up.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a beautiful secluded location within walking distance to Echo Point. Lovely rooms, great service and excellent dining. Highly recommend

The worst customer service in the world!! We got there on the 20th April just to be told that they have moved our date to the 25 May, which is what we requested however Expedia did not confirm this with us and told us our request were declined! To date Expedia has not sent our confirmation for the date change, and sends out this survey.. what do you expect me to say! I’m disgusted by the service and hope that someone from Expedia calls me to confirm my stay on the 25 May

Wonderful room. Excellent service. Either we had very noisy neighbours or the soundproofing between the rooms could be better.

The peace and tranquility.The views are mesmerising and closeness to echo point ,just simple walk down to the three sisters.The staff were outstanding 11/10,from check in to checkout it was such a pleasure to stay there

Beautiful property. Stayed in the cliff view room. Which was worth the view. Amenities seemed good.
