Perfect for what we were needing, a little noisey in the weekend, as people were all out enjoying themselves. A little dated but we only used
It for sleeping, so all good.

Air conditioning not working. Entrance is through the carpark, which is fine once you find it.

Wesley, you opted to stay in one of our very unique apartments that has a lot to offer. Your apartment has a private entrance from the beach and car park and is the closest one to the beach. There is also a second entrance via the reception area. We always ensure that guests are made aware and given written instructions of how to access this apartment, be it via reception or from the car park. Added to that, our air conditioning does work, it takes a few minutes for it to regulate itself to a comfortable temperature – unfortunately, some guests begin changing the controls almost immediately, as they need to understand that the apartment is very spacious and takes a little time to cool a large area.

Excellent location for Coogee Beach and surrounds
Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsExcellent location directly across a quieter side street from Coogee Beach. We were in a 3 bed 2 bath unit with a good sized porch. The apartment was everything we needed, extremely comfortable with excellent A/C, and had a well-appointed kitchen.
I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 as a few smaller (but relevant) aspects of the apartment were in strong need of a change, including 1) ripped curtains and a broken (and sharp) curtain hook that likely was the culprit, 2) thin windows that didn't dampen outside sound much, and 3) neighbors partying outside well into the night.

The apartment is in desperate need of a refurbishment. There is nothing positive to say other than the view. The air conditioner had no cooling ability and ran on an automatic timer this meant when we went out, it turned off and we came back again to a stiflingly, hot apartment it also made for a very uncomfortably hot night because it kept turning off. When we called reception, to advise them of the issue. Their resolution was we could try and find a better hotel elsewhere. You are lucky that you are reading these reviews. Do not waste your money, do your research and do not stay here.

We understand how frustrating it must have been with the condition of the air conditioning in this unit, when we have received the emergency paging on your arrival date after hours, the msg we have received from the paging system was that you would like to moved or else you request to leave the building and get refund, hence we have called you back straight away after hours to advise if you like to leave and get refund you are welcome to do so, so there might be some misunderstanding there from your paging msg. Then your partner has advised us that he has played around with the air conditioning and seems to be cooling again also will stay back in the unit. Once again, please accept our sincere apology for the short comings during your stay. We genuinely appreciate your fondness of the location and our apartments. Kind regards

Big rooms, living area and kitchen, good location. The apartment is old, the carpet needs to be replaced, just very tired. There was construction work underway, including early on a Saturday morning. Check-in is only possible between 2pm and 4pm. Otherwise, you need to use a safe located outside and supply credit card information which seems pointless when they provide no services or minibars.

Raymond thank you for staying with us in February. Our apartments are renowned for their remarkable spaciousness, especially in the living areas, as well as throughout the bedrooms, ensuites, kitchen, laundry and balcony. The location is right on the beach and close to everything in Coogee Beach, plus the north facing views of the beach and parks are brilliant.We are somewhat perplexed at your comments, as check-in is not limited between 2 pm and 4pm. For the convenience of our guests, we also have a secured safe box located outside the premises for guests that are late in checking in and or after hours. The Coogee View Apartments are serviced apartments and not a hotel and therefore we do not supply a mini bar, as guests are able to purchase in their own drinks as they require.

Great family size apartment located right across the road from the patrolled beach, cafes and restaurants. There was also secure parking under the building. Although we didn't use the local buses, there looked to be frequent services to Bondi, Randwick and the city. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family beach holiday.

Jacqueline, you are correct, our apartments are extremely spacious and very suitable for families who enjoy large living areas that overlook the beach. Parking in Coogee is at a premium and we are pleased to be able to offer secured underground parking complementary to our guests. We are located right on the beach and our guests have quick and easy access to all the vibrant cafes and restaurants, plus the public transport is easily accessed and constant. This enables guests and tourist the opportunity to quickly explore other well-known areas of Sydney. Thank you

Beautiful apartment and size but absolutely no sound proof as stated and may as well slept in the street. The windows felt like there was no glass in them. Room 806 view very restricted to the beach view as promised due to huge trees in front .
Never slept for 4 nights.
Shame as beautiful location but wouldn’t stay there again.
