"Great location. Smallish rooms that they have everything you need. Nice & clean. Excellent location - close to transport - trains, ferries, trams etc. Generally value for money. They could provide larger shampoo, body wash etc especially if sharing a room. Having the kettle in the cupboard for use is also difficult if you’re short and can’t see onto the shelf properly as you need to remove it from the cupboard to fill."

"This hotel is in the middle of the city and is conveniently located to everything. 15min walk to Sydney Harbour and 5min walk to Darling Harbour. Room size was decent. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. If I had to complain about anything (which is out of the hotel’s control) is the loud cars driving by. Definitely a great stay with friendly staff. "

"I was put at the front of the hotel and had a room overlooking the main street which had road works that woke me in the early hours and made sleep not easy. The hotel entry security is not up to standard. Anyone off the street can walk into the lift and go up to any floor of the hotel. There is no card-reader security tag in the lift past the first floor reception. Entry should be blocke to any floor unless the card is used to move the lift to your floor. As single female I did not feel very...

"Hotel was in a great location, close to transport and a walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were nice thought the sofa was very worn and the TV channels didn’t change easily. Beds were comfy and had nice bathroom with lovely amenities. We had a La carte breakfast on our morning in their restaurant and the service was average as they were understaffed. The pancakes were terrible and coffee not great. We didn’t eat there again. Overall it was a good stay and value for money."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "
