I love everything about this place. From the staff, christine, thank you for going above and beyond! The place itself is so spacious, clean, fully equipped and most of all super comfortable beds. The location is perfect! you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants around and transportation are within 5 mins walking. There’s nothing bad i can say about this place. I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Great location, within walking distance of Hyde Park, the Botanic Garden, Central Station, and Chinatown. The penthouse was excellent for a large group like ours, offering plenty of space and comfort. We did experience some issues with the internet quality during our stay, but aside from that, everything was very good. A special mention to the cleaning staff, who were outstanding and truly deserve 5 stars.

Staffs are very helpful, even received email in advance for things to noted and a call a night before to confirm on the ETA, given early check-in for our convenience. Conveniently located near/in the central business district, this hotel in in walking distance bus stops, metro train, grocery stores and restaurants (though many may be closed in the evening). The staff was friendly and professional, and the apartment was lovely!! Full kitchen that’s well stocked with various cooking supplies (dishes, pots/oans, knives, Nespresso maker, electric kettle for boiling water quickly, full sized refrigerator and stove), laundry room with washer/dryer, washing powder and a utility sink, plenty of storage, a comfortable and spacious living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in our unit. We had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!
