The property was right downtown in the middle of things so was perfect for that. It was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have more cups and bowls as it seems silly to put the dishwasher on every day for 3 cups because that’s all there was. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a coffee pot rather than instant coffee

Central location, 5 mins walk from wynyard station with direct trains to airport. Some road noise due to location. Short walk to light rail. Supermarket close by. Very clean, bright, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Really good washing machine & dryer. Nice kitchen. Large bathroom which was exceptionally clean. House keeping team were kind & friendly. I loved my stay and would highly recommend. Thank you.

All pre visit requests were met well eg change of bed configuration. Upgrade to 1 bedroom great. Gift on arrival appreciated. In selecting a hotel I was under the impression that the restaurant was within the property but this was not the case. Having a balcony as requested was great.

Every part of our stay at the York was excellent. From the moment we arrived at reception how helpful the staff were to the huge room (it is not 5 star snazzy but has absolute everything you could want at an unbeatable price tag) to the lovely inviting resort-style facilities (gym, big outdoor heated pool, large hot spa & sauna). The location is fantastic, right next to Wynyard station, a quick walk down to Barangaroo for brekkie (although the hotel also offers buffet breakfast at $38 pp). We also had a beautiful view from our 19th floor balcony.

The property was in a great location and the room size was great for our stay and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great even though it was in another hotel which was a little annoying but ok, they were also great with our room as we were meant to change hut let us stay in the same room which made it a more present stay. Highly recommend for larger groups and if you want to be in a central location, reasonable pricing and clean.

The check in process was so smooth. The staff accommodating and helpful. The room was not clean, there were crumbs still on the furniture, a fold out bed set up in the lounge room for some reason but no bedding, not that we needed it. For what we wanted and the location it was acceptable

This hotel is so well located for walking around the city. Not far from Circular Quay and Barangaroo. Close to train station as well. Our check in and check out were smooth and the person at the desk was lovely. The apartment was spacious and well appointed.

We love everything about this hotel! The room was big, with all of the Amenities! Clean. Room is quiet. Incredible location - near to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera House etc. staff are very attentive.
