Very bad experience. The toilet was dirty and I was asked to pay money by their manager Jonathan if I want to be moved. They put me in the lowest floor with a view on the elevator. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We had a great stay this weekend! We had a function nearby and found it was right near all of the places we wanted to visit. Very friendly and professional staff, room was ready early for check in, very clean and nice room with great view! It was nice and quiet and love the block out blinds. Buffet breakfast was great and is right near our favourite restaurant, the station and within a walk to most places of interest. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks again!

This hotel is walking distance to d opera house n the Rocks. Totally enjoyed watching VIVID. I would like to come back again next year.

The hotel was clean and staff were professional. We came directly after our cruise and got to the hotel very early. When I asked if they could store our luggage, the gentleman at the desk said our room was ready and we could check in now. I really appreciate that. The location was perfect. Very close to harbor and plenty of restaurants.

This was the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again. It’s very convenient to all types of public transportation. Close to the Pitt Street shopping, 10 minutes to Circular Quay and 50 meters to George Street light rail and Wynyard train station. The breakfast is great too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good. Bed very comfy. Small room, wish we could have streamed to TV.

So sat in the bed, it was extremely creaky. Really creaky. Went down to reception they moved us and changed rooms. It was smaller and the bed was the same. Really creaky. I really think staff and management should stay as guests. Having a laugh, I said just as well we are going to be romantic. We returned to our original room.
