Reception service is poor. I was not informed about breakfast discount when checking in, my fridge was disconnected from the PowerPoint. I asked reception to have a look at it and after waiting for over an hour found out that it was not even connected. The power outlet was hidden behind the kitchen drawer. On my second day of stay keys were not working, reception said that someone had checked me out and didn’t even apologised for it . Kitchen appliances are poor, no coffeemaker and no oven.

Paid extra $ to have access to a better room before check in time, I wouldn’t bother next time. The view was great and the parking so convenient but next time I wouldn’t bother upgrading

Just outstanding in every respect, the front desk staff are all so helpful, the suites are kept sparkly keen, all amenities are there for a short stay. Feela like home.

Wonderful apartment located within walking distance of the QVB. Close proximity to both Circular Quay and Surry Hills. Staff very friendly.
