Room separate from main pub makes it very quiet but convenient, always clean and beds very comfortable.

Nice facility. Good room with great soaking tub. TV a bit small but ok. Could be difficult to locate is approaching from wrong direction.

Convenient access to motorway & ideal position for Gatwick & Heathrow airports, for later flights.
Staff, room, breakfast average. Evening meal disappointing. Overall suited needs.

Ideal location for staying with a dog right by the entrance to Coate Water Park. The pub was very dog friendly with helpful and polite staff. The food was of a good standard and the room very comfortable

Quick overnight stop on our way down to Southampton after a shopping trip to MacArthur Glen Outlet. We had an excellent night’s sleep . Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great walk in shower. We were disappointed with the evening menu as there was limited choice unless you wanted pizza or a burger so we ate elsewhere.
