Staff were welcoming and extremely supportive and friendly
The food was amazing and breakfast choice plentiful
Our room was a great size
It was noisy outside but the location couldn’t be faulted
Parking was so easy
Would most definitely return if I needed to go back to Swansea

We tried to stay there. It stinks & there’s no a/c. Very stuffy. We had to leave. Appears to be an old style heritage hotel. Small lift. Hallways are narrow. Up and down several short stairways. Not recommended

Great location. Helpful and accommodating staff. Comfy bed and bedding… excellent shower. Excellent location…. Steps from train station…. Easy walk to bus station and many restaurants. Only negative…. Found the scented air in hallways and common areas overwhelming.

I only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable one and the staff were very helpful. The venue is next to the station, so very convenient from that perspective.

Swansea is a fine city; but this hotel does it no favours.
No-one on reception on arrival. I had to leave and come back some time later. The room was not satisfactory and did not come up to its on-line appearance. No useable desk. No USB connections for re-charging. Slow internet when connected. The manager was not helpfu.
Hotel to be avoided.
