This hotel is 5 km S of Hvergardi on Highway 1 on the Golden Circle. If you have transport its a good option on a roadtrip.

Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel surrounding is very calming. There are multiple seating areas for you to sit and relax inside the hotel. Would recommend.

For the price I paid it was absolutely incredible, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Free breakfast and well maintained amenities too! Can't recommend it any more, only thing I can say is that it in the Middle of nowhere. Which isn't bad, but just expect it.

Posted 17 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe have stayed here for one night during our 6 night stay in Iceland and this was the best accommodation so far. Nice spacious room, few lounge area's where you can relax, nice hot tubs and sauna. Breakfast was delicious, kids loved the fresh made waffles. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to the families and couples.

We arrived late to the property. The person at the desk was polite and helpful. The beds were comfy. Breakfast had a nice variety. They have a nice comfy room made of glass to view the Northern Lights or enjoy a great book. We wushed we vould have stayed longer it was so comfy.
