A bit far to walk to local stores but the parking was very convenient - quite a bargain for this price

Nice location if you travel by car. Fair price and roomy bathroom. The sheets were a little bit stained.

The manager and her employees were excellent and friendly. The wifi, allegedly free, was really unreliable in some spots.

The hotel staff were so nice. So many restaurants around. Near from the beautiful Suwa lakeside. Recommend for friends and family too.

We only stayed one night as part of a long drive. Hotel staff very helpful & friendly, recommended a wonderful local restaurant to us that has great food and great value. Their breakfast buffet is also very substantial.
