Walking to a bathroom with no towels and bathmats. Too much noise from drunkenness.

Worse place I ever stayed in. Had to wait 1 hour for check in, room was set up was really bad, sink got plugged, no hair dryer, dirty towels, no blanket for 3rd person, was not worth the price per night. Do not recommend for overseas visitors!

Dear Madam Thank you for the review please note firstly you did so many changes to the booking as someone died in your family secondly instead of 2 rooms chose 1 room to fit in 3 people. From 2 nights booking was changed to one night you had booked in a basic room which as per specification does not has "hair dryer facilites" instead the room was upgraded by Manger to deluxe room which she personally checked before you arrived.Please do mention in your review that you called more then 10-15x to change the room and change the booking.still thank you for the review we will see to improve our facilites.

The place location is what I liked, just the housekeeping needs to be jacked up, my first day was greeted with a oil stained bed sheet and the room was changed to a clean room with no balcony, not really how Ive expected to spend my 4 days in suva, considering it's the same price as the southern cross.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.

There was no towel in the room. Called front desk and they said they will bring it. Waited for 30 minutes, no response.When called again, was told that there is no towel and that the staff will provide in the morning. Next morning, called again and did not hear from them. When I called again, I was told that the towel staff will come at 10am. The check out time was 10 am so I checked out without shower. Very shameful for not able to provide a towel.

Bula sirThank you for your feeback.Please stop providing misleading information to other guest who wish to stay at the hotel as towels were provided by reception and a grace checkout time was given by the reception on duty! Still we will look into the feeback and will rectify the mishap for future reference
