Pros ,clean tidy property well presented with nice garden. Working staff Cons , poor service ,tv not working request to attend to it was not acted upon not even a feed back by management . No wifi provided , 3 day stay room was not cleaned Intruder tried to break into the room at 1 am , I don't see any cctv for safety of the guests What looked like the owners doing visits didn't even greet Guests with a Hello.

It is very unfortunate that no communication was made during your stay for immediate action The t.v channel was playing up due to bad weather which is common in Fiji, and it was fixed upon your request. We have a paid Wi-Fi which is mentioned on our booking site. The housekeepers communicated on daily basis for room service, but you declined. There was no report of any incident by you or our night shift officer. We hope to see you again Vinaka.

Good stay. Nice staff. Pretty decent for something outside the main Suva Town.

No star hotel

The place was converted into hotel with different kinds of rooms. They call delux rooms but nothing like it. Water supply is bad with mattresses have springs popping out. It operates more like a brothel. All fittings in rooms even the locks are defective

It is very unfortunate that no comments were made during your stay for immediate solution .yes we did have low pressure on the water supply this was due to water authority doing some repair .As for the mattress and lock we investigated the mattress and lock both are perfectly working with no issues . Our hotel is peaceful place for families and couple .Vinaka

It’s not for tourist, maybe local. Very poor service. Guy I assume was the manager firstly fussed that we only have 3 nights not 4, later argued wifi wasn’t included, both instances I had to pull out email confirmation to show, no apologies from him been wrong. Lady at reception complained Expedia is selling room cheap, I explained I paid full price in NZD. Noisy all nights, dogs barking. Room lights are so low, can hardly see. Rooms were smelly and sheets and towels only got changed once during four night stay upon request. When I complained about linen been dirty, I was told it’s clean. These people find fault in customers only, you can’t talk or ask for anything. It was such let down after our 1 night at Denarau and two at Hideaway resort. Anna who helped us with clean sheeting was the only nice person here. I would never recommend or stay here ever again.

Bula ,Thank you for the review.We do not provide free internet all our bookings sites clearly shows that internet is available with a surcharge .your claim that it is free is incorrect . We offered room Service and was refused by your daughter and she requested to be done on the 3rd day.The booking was for 4 nights but an error was made from our reservation team however upon checkin this was corrected immediately.we do not have pets and however dog nuisance is a common problem in Fiji but is not a significant issue at our hotel as we are reasonably isolated from the Neighbors.
