"This hotel is something else. The breathtaking views and tranquility are something to be cherished here. The staff were absolutely amazing. Drink options were plentiful. Food was delicious. Spa was truly an oasis. We will 100% be coming back to this hotel. The only thing we noticed was when booking day trips / tours a lot of the companies would not do pick up’s at the hotel so we kept having to change our plan for day outings however that small downfall was the only thing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. "

"The whole hotel is kept in tip top shape, from the toilet to the garden. Everything you see on the website is how it is. Fantastic breakfast, well located in Sanur with great adjacent restaurants. This will become my default hotel for future trips."
