The hotel was incredible! The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever met. Such kind people who went above and beyond. The pool was beautiful and gym was great. The restaurant was delicious too! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Ubud. It was just outside the city center and very relaxing.

Perfect service

It was such a lovely stay! Thanks to all the staffs at this resort :) I must say that there are some local restaurants (warung) around this place and the food is perfect with very reasonable price. (The taste is not cheap though)

Slightly mixed feelings on this one! This stay was really beautiful, the staff were amazing, the mocktails and smoothies were excellent, the room was comfortable and huge and the pool was gorgeous. It's really stunning. The food was pretty good. Overall it was really lovely and the area was quiet and peaceful, but still close to town. Loved that they offered yoga in the mornings too. However, we woke up to a rat in our room eating the complimentary fruit basket they gave us and some of our personal food. We showed the staff the rat chomped food (visible bite marks), and I don't know if this is a cultural difference but I felt like they either didn't believe us or just didn't care, which was jarring. They gave us a discount on our food, so about 10 ish USD. It's a very beautiful property and the staff is generally super friendly and kind, but I'm not sure if I'd return.

The Sankara was amazing! I came for my 25th birthday trip & it was everything I expected & more. The staff was so friendly & sweet. They made us feel welcomed everyday. It was so peaceful & literally felt like we were in the jungle. The landscaping was beautiful! Amazing for pictures. Our River Pool Room was gorgeous. It looked even better in person than it did in the pictures! The resort is also in a convenient location, being 10 mins from the Ubud Market. Our massage was AMAZING at the spa! The food was great for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. I can’t wait to recommend others & hopefully come back one day! 😍

Beautiful hotel with one of the best services I ever had. Staff super helpful and attentive. There are many add ons for free kindly offered by the hotel: transport to the city centre, afternoon tea, photoshoot, taster massage, yoga. Breakfast was amazing and specially cooked for you. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property is an absolutely DREAM!! The grounds are like out of a fairy tale. The staff is the friendliest we've ever encountered. I cant give the staff enough stars. Front desk, room service, spa staff, restaurant staff, grounds keeper, room attendants, and driver. Everyone was exceptional!!! I will only stay here on my next visit to Bali.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like paradise. Loved the daily shuttle down to Ubud, but also only 40k in a taxi. Rooms were gorgeous, we had the valley view suite, room was huge with amazing view. The pool was also great with amazing views, felt like you were in the middle of no where whilst being close enough to the center of Ubud. Staff were so helpful. Had a massage in the spa and that was wonderful! Would definitely return here
