We had a wonderful stay at Sutera Villa. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great. The only small downside was that the food at the hotel restaurant was alright, but overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly return.

The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back!

Wake up to a stunning sunrise view from a room overlooking terraced rice fields. Enjoy a good selection of breakfast and a wide range of activities on-site. The only downside is its distance from the main entertainment areas.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion de todo el personal del hotel!!, de despedida nos prepararon la cama deseandonos buen viaje, precioso! El desayuno muy variado, el cafe exquisito! All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Beautiful resort, kinda secluded but food options were available. My villa was out of this world, private plunge pool, floating breakfast, tranquility atmospheres.

Een heel fijn hotel op prachtige locatie: Restaursnt en drankjes wel een beetje prijzig, maar van prima kwaliteit. Kamers zijn heel schoon, netjes en goed. De kids club kan wel een upgrade gebruiken met wat leuk en nieuw speelgoed. Maar voldeed overigens redelijk. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Most wonderful stay in Ubud

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to just shy of 50 countries. The staff were amazing, the facilities are flawless and every detail from the bamboo entrance to the decor in the loos are exceptional.
