Nikki was fantastic at the check-in area! Very helpful and welcoming, and made the process super easy and fun.
The room we stayed in was recently renovated and it was wonderful! It was very clean, updated and the little touches (towel folds, amenities, instructions) and the updated decor truly make this a worthwhile place to be.
One comment is that it was tough to find a free outlet-- maybe the room would benefit from a mini power strip. Otherwise 10/10!

The owners are great. The room was decorated, really nice, cozy Bed was comfortable, there was a full fridge, totally unexpected. There was even a phone charger. Coffee machine. Big tv. The bathroom was nice and clean it. Just needed a better shower head other than that. I would definitely stay there again.

Niki the new owner is amazing. Had an issue with my tub and she was fixing it at 9 at night.
She made sure that I had everything I needed to make my weekend a safe and easy trip. I will definitely be back when I come down to Vernon for my next spartan race

Me and my friends wanted to ski one last time before the semester started and this place was so convenient! It's only around 10 minutes to get to Mountain Creek and it was cheap enough to afford as a college student. I would definitely come back to this place in the future.

Definitely updated to what it used to be but the room did have an odor and there was an old hot pocket under one of the beds. Also the carpet needed a shampoo. The neighbors are homely and talked a lot at night outside the rooms. Overall a 3. Good, decent, room for improvement and more cleaning but you can tell new owners are trying.

You and your guests left the room a complete pig sty. Soiled diapers piled up and never thrown away the entire stay which was 4 days. All your child did was scream the entire time in the room and disturb both guests on both sides of you. You threw trash and cigarette butts all over the ground out front of your room. You left soaking wet towels on the carpet for who knows how long probably from day one of your being here. Very disrespectful of you to speak about other guests when you have no clue about them, why they are here or what their situation is. All of my guests are really amazing and never had any issues until the night you checked in. Our rooms are very clean and the chicken nugget and smell was definitely from you staying in the room and you dropping it. I found all sorts of food on my carpet and thanks to you I will definitely have to take a shampoo machine to it. So you giving us a 3 an Ok review for your doing very petty.

OK for the money
Posted 25 Oct 2023 on HotelsArrived on Thursday, left on Monday. Room was clean and pleasant smelling. No phone in room and TV was hard to negotiate. All communication was done through texting. The bathroom was clean but the tub filled with water when taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Mixed review....

Ms Theresa thank you for your review. It is 2023 not to many places have phones in the rooms because everyone has a cell phone. The tub filled because you had the tub stopper lever up and you need to have it down to drain the water. The television situation could have been taken care of with just a phone call to the office and I would have been happy to help you. Thank goodness our rooms are clean and everything was comfortable.
