Great vacation. Super 5 days.
The check-in was very fast and pleasant. A lot of additional features and surprises. For example, a $30 credit in a restaurant and bar, chairs and towels for the beach, free charging for an electric car in the parking lot, self-service grill. The hotel is fresh after reconstruction. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Daily cleaning in the room. Excellent swimming pool and surroundings. A pleasant patio with a seating area. Special thanks to Maria. Maria is a very competent manager who quickly solved all the problems.

I was really hoping the staff would be more receptive of our basic complaints. We’re not high maintenance but the basic amenities weren’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, and the safe for our important documents/belongings was broken. When I told them that they weren’t working, they were like if you need anything you can just walk to the front desk and that I don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen. It wasn’t so reassuring. Unfortunately, I can recommend this hotel to peers.

Overall everything was OK, Even though I was giving something different than what I had reserved. Expedia offers a room with a partial ocean view, but that’s almost impossible since the hotel is not located right on front of the beach. Breakfast is included by the menu is very limited and is the same every single day. Front desk crew is very kind and helpful Even though the company’s rules Wouldn’t provide them with too many solutions For the clients (In my case, they couldn’t even search in the system. They had another room available, When I asked for it basically the answer it was: “ That’s what we have available”…

Horrible experience at this hotel Marriott Bonvoy. They have definitely gone down the drain. Motel 6 is better to stay at. Manager, female, is horrible, very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Highly overpriced for this very low quality establishment!

The pool, the atrium and the rooms are beautiful. Hotel conventiently located near the sandy beautiful Surside Beach section of Miami Beach.
