Staff are very helpful. Property is in great location for good value. The unit ‘s floor is not very clean, could use a mop. The kitchen cookware needs to be updated. The frying pan is not the “non-stick” type and very hard to clean.

Amazing place!!! Perfect apartment for a family The café downstairs is great, try a coffee there Staff and front desk are friendly Very close to main beach and walking distance to surfers paradise

The Ruby is conveniently located in the center of Gold coasts buzzling precinct. And because if the angle of the building structure you are able to take advantage of the rising and spectacular setting sun.

I was put in a room that haven't had any house keeping done ..add no towels or doona was told that I would have to doona the next day still didn't hear nothing..and found a females pad with blood on it under my bed and when I spoke with the hotel about it still wasn't cleaned for over 24 hours and I for the hotel for high price hotel witch because of the bloody females pag under my bed and was informed that there was no house keeping done on my room by the receptionist that told me this for the rest of my stay I felt dirty being in that room..I was given a free night because I was wanting a full refund..witch I know I should of got a full refund as this is not expected in any hotel nor a expensive or Budget hotel ..I was not given a full refund as this is very serious what has happened and I have the pictures of the bloody females pad to prove this next two paper work that proves I was at that location...Im very disappointed about this as I have a disability on the ndis and my family paid for the hotel and my hotel....I would like to still get a full refund because of this ...they deserve to have this bad review and I'm taking it to a current affair also

We have followed this up with our housekeeping manager.We would like to note that Housekeeping checked your apartment and offered to clean the unit again, however you declined. We were not able to offer you a full refund as this issues been brought to our attention on the last day of your stay. So overall average in my opinion & room for improvement. 1) check in process when reception is closed arriving after hours could be refined. Security guard luckily was there to assist. 2) room tidy but showing signs of wear, walls marked beyond what would be ‘normal’. -Bed was comfortable however try to request rooms on the south. If you happen to get a room next door to “Paradiso” be warned it’s loud & music/PAs are being played during day hours. So if you’re trying to have a nanna nap/kip in afternoon, forget it! -air conditioner was very loud sounding like an aircraft jet engine. Raised this concern & maintenance person looked at it briefly. Just ended up getting used to it. -location a few blocks away from amenities so it was fine. Again my opinion only & not trying to difficult. Just some improvement required
