It was a family weekend gate away, we booked 4 rooms. One of them smells really bad ( cigarettes even though it was non smoking) when we walked in.
The staff was very helpful!! Over to change the room, and She even opened another rooms and have us check make sure we’re happy. She did agree that the room did smell. Thank you for taking the time to care for your guests! My daughter was impressed!

The loud air conditioning systems and sound insulation of the room are terrible in the hotel room (due to no carpet in the hotel room) and upstairs of my unit repeatedly drags the chair and runs and jumps all day long in the room.
Can't rest and sleep well during stay.

Comfortable Hotel
Posted 2 Nov 2021 on HotelsSwiss Belhotel is a well-known Hotel Group, we were staying for 2 nights. The Room is comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. Breakfast is delicious and tasty. Besides providing American breakfast there are also
many traditional foods. Overall it was nice to stay in this hotel.
