Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either.

I stayed for seven nights. Bathroom cleanliness was horrible especially the shower. The only thing that is clean in the room is the bed. Staff are amazing though.

Terrible service from the staff. Not trained properly to handle situations and they told me to go ahead to complain to their management. Rude and very unprofessional. With the price, there are many other hotels around the area thats worth your money.

It didn't feel like a 5* hotel. 5/10 points.
Posted 12 Apr 2021 on HotelsGood vibes, but the condition is not really good. The water in the sink didn't flow away properly. Also we requested for a room with a view on the city, but didn't get it. After asking the reception a second time, we still did not get it, even though there was availabilities as shown on hotels.com. Hmmmmm... Also the breakfast was very poor. However: It wasn't bad stay, but we def expected more from a 5* hotel.

Near to a major shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and accommodating
