the room design and lighting is a bad joke; can't shave or comb hair with the light at wash basin; no working table and chair; never seen such stupid non functional room design and furnishing. Air conditioning is horrible; temperature done not come down and it feels very humid and damp; almost impossible to sleep with the thick comforter provided with non-functional air condition which is not only in my room by 3 others on different levels travelling with me. Never staying again in this hotel

I do recommend for your next visit to stay in our Glacier Suite. Our spacious 64 square meters Glacier Suites are located on the 32nd to 36th floor, offering panoramic views over Surabaya.
