Staff were very friendly and helpful as I am a solo traveler. Good value for the money. I am travelling during the Ramadan and enjoyed the ifthar organised by the hotel. Cheers

I did,nt like anything looks grubby, feels grubby doors dont work with swipe cards noisy aircon ,big let down no beer and pool bar decrepit

Hotel was awesome to stay at. Has a good gym and pool only minus for me was the A/C in my room was not working properly. Aside from that no other complaints i am happy to use quest hotels again when i return to Indonesia.

The hotel is good. It is aging a bit, but during my stay they were renovating it. I was checked in by Fegi, who was very pleasant and helpfull, as were all the staff. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. It is a bit away from everything, meaning you have to rely on taxis, but because of that it is also very quiet at night.

This was a pretty good property for the price, but small stuff like creaky floors, creaky beds, and weird shower design where you have to crossover your toilet bowl to reach the shower area.
