Great budgeted hotel in overall. Price is reasonable, friendly customer service and easy access to main city in Surabaya as well as airport & train station.

Excellent budget stay. Friendly staff and super clean. Walking distance to the Gubeng Train Station.

Good stay but...

Overall the stay was nice however there was one flaw during our stay. We found out that the room service guys didn't close my room's door properly after they made up our room.

BEST hotel in city center of Surabaya, BEST value

this hotel and Haris Hotel have the same entrance and exit. Hotel is best value. Room and bathroom is super clean, flat TV is super big with international channel. at the loby there is a super market, 24 hr restaurant serving simple foods. Check in and out is easy. Staffs were great. REceptionist help me to call taxi to airport at 4.15am. Walking distance (100 m) to nice restaurants (western-japanese-chinese, bakery shop) and ATM.. 500m to a club , The colors pub and resto.

Small room but u get what u paid for

Pros: Modern style, nice shower, staff response swiftly, filling breakfast, really good value
Cons: The cleanliness could be better. Floors are slightly sticky and toilet walls could b
Location: close to the train station but not much to eat. They have few restaurants nearby but expensive kinds.
Room size is snugly, staffs is nice, basic amenities are provided, but far from the warongs for cheap foods.
