Receptionist is not doing their job
Posted 7 Apr 2019 on HotelsThe wall has lots of scratches and the floor is rough and old. I got some view facing the main road. That is a nice one. Really enjoy the view at night. There were waiting times to request for toilet paper. They just seems not doing a good service. Also, there was one time a driver ask the receptionist to call my room and they said no such a name stay in the hotel. This is ridiculous. The second time a driver ask the receptionist to call me and they did not call me and the driver had to wait for 3 hours at the lobby because he thought I was not ready. Can you believe that...3 hours? A really bad example on how the receptionist neglected their job and not even called my room. Can a management explain what is going on here?

nice hotel close to restuerants bars and shopping mall taxi's take you every where are cheeap
