Experienced faulty kettle, called receptionist, they immediately replaced the kettle..best breakfast buffet, my family loves the breakfast buffet

Pros: GOOD AIR CONDITIONER, GOOD FOOD, GOOD INTERNET SYSTEM.
Cons: HOUSEKEEPERS SHOULD BE COUNSELED AND GIVEN IN-SERVICE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL.
Location: OK FOR RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING.
VERY POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.. NO SOAP, NO TOILET TISSUE, WE HAVE TO BUY OUR OWN, TOWELS ARE GREY COLORED WITH HOLES. WHEN WE NOTIFIED THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED US. WE HAD VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FOR 5 DAYS!
