Super nice hotel! All the staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and its easy to walk to a bunch of resturaunts.

The property itself should not be 4 star rated. It did not have individual shampoos and body wash. They did not supply towels, had to ask for it. WiFi was absolutely terrible. Definitely do not recommend this hotel if you want to have an upscale experience.

We had a lovely time here - the main attractions in Seville were within a 20 minute walk, and the local tram/train stations sit right outside the hotel too.
The hotel itself was extremely clean and reasonably priced compared to the other hotels that we had considered.
We would like to give a special shout-out to Sara at the front desk - she was extremely kind and helped plan out our trip while we were there. She also wished my partner a Happy Birthday as we were leaving in the morning to go sightseeing which was such a nice thing to do. On this, the hotel had also sent up cake to our room for my partner's birthday which was such a nice surprise!
Would definitely recommend to stay here for those visiting Seville!

Only problem .
Ants in a room . Staff is amazing, all of them . Especially cleaning crew .

Excellent stay! The property has its own parking garage which is really convenient. The rooms are very nice and so is the bathroom. The tram running through to the city centre is right outside the hotel. The metro and the bus stop is also right outside. The staff is very friendly and warm and super helpful! Definitely recommend!!

Room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was luxurious. The staff included us in the festivities that the city were celebrating by placing decorations on our bed.
