Very average for what we paid. The combination washer/drier made it difficult to get through laundry and they were very unwilling to provide clean towels.
Expect to pay extra for wifi and pool towels.

Fire alarm hanging out of wall. Carpet and floors dirty. No toaster, smelt of smoke

This was a wonderful property, and the pool was amazing. Very secure parking and we will right across from the surf club and a wonderful beach . The front desk receptionist was not friendly and had an attitude .
