Cute wee cabin to stay in. Great spot, easy check in and check out.

after paying 295$ for one night and was handed
linen to make up 2 beds for grand kids, fan was not working, lights not working . sorry would not recommend.

We regret that you had issues with fans and lights not working in your cabin, please know, if ever you have a maintenance issue we are always eager to resolve it so please don't hesitate to let us know, our maintenance team are always available to fix any issue you may have during your stay. We can also appreciate that affordability is important to you and we regret that you felt the accommodation was overpriced, keeping in mind the 295 was inclusive of 4 people cabin and we still feel our park is still the most affordable accommodation in our area considering its amazing location and also being a peak period over the school holidays.Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one and we wish you all the best and hope that you may consider staying with us again some day.

Thanks for your review Robert and thank you for your feedback, it's great to see that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. The Queen Cabin you stayed in doesn't have a sofa and we try to make this as transparent as possible with the images used online so that our guests can see exactly what the accommodation looks and meets their expectations on arrival. The particular cabin you stayed in is one of our more basic studio style cabins. I would recommend trying one of our 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas or 2 Bedroom Holiday Homes as they more room and all have sofa's in them for more comfort.We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again on your next holiday adventure.

Great family holiday stay
