Quiet stay at a beautiful hotel
The staff make it such a hospitable stay with their kind and warm gestures, and always greeting us by name.
The buffet breakfast is a must have, the food is fresh and super yummy with such a large selection to chose from. And the staff are more than happy to request some alternate options for you (they serve chicken bacon, but we had pork bacon on request)
Lots of entertainment with a pool table, giant jenga, ping pong and live music
We were warned that the area around hotel can be a bit dangerous to walk through at night, but we had no issues doing some late night trips to the mini mart around the corner.
I would like to say a special thank you to Rian, yuni, novi, dian, ulan, The Boss Ros and the Head chef Adi. Also, the man with the kind face at reception, i didnt catch his name. They all made us feel so safe and welcomed.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back again!!

I stayed for 11 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing.

This was a last minute booking due to a bad situation on a group trip. And the hotel and staff really change that and made our trip amazing by to time we left. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel gave us so many opportunities to do what we wanted! Thank you!

The hotel staff was so nice, the rooms were comfortable and the restaurant had a great variety of food.

Staffs were excellent in all areas. Friendly and helpful. Ulan in restaurant has a very good customer service attitude, professional and quick to respond for anything we requested. Will refer to friends who will visit bali in the future. We'll come back and stay again on our next holiday. 👍👍

Custmer service was fantastic. Cleaniness amazing. Pool and swim up to bar was awesome.
