Rarely was there staff present at desk at normal hours of operations. Staff was quite cold if not rude during basic interactions. Window shades were broken. No flat sheet on bed. Only drinking water provided was an inordinately expensive add on cost. Refrigerator not cold. Incredibly expensive for the level of service and amenities provided. Would not recommend. Will not be back.

This is a world class -seriously-upscale hotel in a neighborhood you wouldn’t expect to find one in. Way cool, in the middle of Silverlake.

Over hyped

Great location but the value exchange for what you get during your stay isn’t really worth it. The pool was also experiencing maintenance which I wish I knew before booking. Overall decent experience but poorly priced.
