Went to check in to two prepaid rooms, but was told they had no rooms available, and should call Expedia for a refund. Expedia refuses to do so, so I’m out the money

Do not ever go here! Stinky, nasty accomodations. Should be shut down. Pictures are not accurate.

Hotel had bed bugs. I informed the receptionist that I had multiple bites. She said she will give me a refund. My funds should be back in 2-3 days. I never received the refund and called the hotel to inquire about it. I was told no refund was put in and they will have to talk with the receptionist that I checked out with to see exactly what did she tell me.

Bedbugs all over
Posted 4 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe worst experience ever. The hotel was awful the room was very dirty tv had not control nor channels and when removed bedding from bed it was full of bed bugs room #240. I notified the front desk and she acted like it was normal and I was crazy. She refused to give me a refund receipt but I did not care. I left in the middle of the night with my kids not knowing where to go.
