Staff yg cekap dan mesra pelanggan, bilik yg selesa untuk sekeluarga, kolam yang besar. Overall memuaskan hati seisi keluarga..

Convenient and spacious

Very convenient and spacious. Also cheap but the down fall is there wasn’t enough toiletries and had to ask everyday.

Family outing at Swiss Inn, Sungai Petani

Check in was good. Only 1 lift available and can accommodate around 5 persons at any one time and have to go through the stairs during peak hour. Room is spacious but have to deal with ants around the coffee making area. Ample parking space and within walking distance to eateries.

The property and facilities of the hotel are excellent. The location is city area.

All rooms facing the pool. Very nice view. However the pool is pack with students attending swimming lesson / practice during week ends. Not comfortable for hotel guests to swim happily.

dislike: wifi very slow the worse part while in the room furniture need refurbishment
