Loved that this was close to the freeway so convenient to get to the different ballparks around us. Clean facilities, good breakfast, and good customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was room service was not consistent for our 3 day stay, trash was taken but the beds didn’t get made which wasn’t a huge deal.

Housekeeping did not clean our rooms consistently even after asking every day. Every night we had to get towels, etc. ourselves. Our toilet got clogged at one point, and they never service it. I had to get the plunger and do it myself. Overall, the hotel is in a good area, and not bad, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. If they fix that, I would recommend.

We just stayed one night. Checking in and out was easy. We didn't try the breakfast. We'd stay here again.

Upon check in the women behind the counter was not kind and was uncourtious. She was short with me and didn’t offer help or directions. Once we got into the room it appeared to be decently clean but the shower was FULL of mold. It was molding from the floor to the ceiling of the shower door. After running the water in the bathroom there was also a banging noice that would happen for a few hours. It happened into most of the night. When I checked out the same women was at the counter as yesterday and I did not feel comfortable talking to her about the standards of the room.

We liked the proximity to freeway and some stores. we liked the breakfast. Did not like the fact that there were limited Disabled Parking spots And the regular spots were for compact sized cars not allowing for disabled patrons to get in and out of vehicles in a regular spot. Two of the four Disabled Spots do not allow any room for a disabled passenger Or ( van ramp patron ) to exit or enter the parked vehicle due to improper spacing of lines. A handicapped spot was taken by a car that had no plate Or placard And the person refused to move the car to allow my wife access. The management team refused to have to car towed after the lady saying she "did not care if it was towed Or ticketed" and she "was not moving it". The staff failed in the basics of the law, the purposes of this parking and refusal to call a tow truck when parking lot signage makes it evident improper parking necessitates towing. The shower door bottom corners were gross with obvious failure to clean properly for many months. Side of building door access was impossible and unsafe at night due to inability to enter quickly when needed. Three used pallets were propped up against near front door entrance the night of stay and the next morning.
