I stay here every time I visit my family in Summerville. This time I was in room 220 I informed them that the air conditioner was making noise. That my tv kept cutting off, the maintenance guy came and unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still did it, there was a party the second night I was there. After I just got my grandson to sleep and woke him up. The door connecting the rooms inside would not stay locked. I was rudely spoken to by the district manager. And she spoke to my grandson very rudely. He is autistic and she was very rude. I ask to change rooms because I felt unsafe. And was told no . I will find another place to stay from now on. I have been a loyal guest for the past 4 years.

My stay here was good and would have been great if the bathroom/shower was a little better cleaned. From hair, the drain stopping up every time and the shower toiletries being empty. Other than that, the staff was excellent.
