It was great! A clean hotel, with all of the amenities, easy parking and we felt safe and secure. We will stay there again!

We overall had an ok stay - biggest issue was the in room air conditioning system that did not have a fan setting and dripped all over the carpet under the unit. Also there was a really bad fecal smell that came from the toilet randomly and filled the bathroom for a time. It went away but seemed like the toilet didn't have a proper p-trap.

Great stay. Growing areas. Only reason I gave staff less than 5 stars is because I had to call 3 times to get an answer from the front desk.

Property was nice, price was more than I anticipated more than likely due to the memorial day holiday

The electric switches were not functioning properly and there was no water pressure to take a shower it was awful!

Thank you for taking the time to do the survey. As your feedback is important to us. The electric switches has a switch that shuts off when not in use. So it wasn't a switch issue. My team should have told you that in the beginning and for that I am apologize for. The water pressure in the room, I'll address that with our maintenance team. Upon checking in, the receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating. I had booked a king-size room, but we were given a room with two queens instead, and she did not inform us of this change. The following morning, I spoke with Sheba, who was wonderful to work with. She explained the issue and was very accommodating. Once in the room, I noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and there appeared to be dog food on it. Additionally, there was a razor cover on the bathroom floor, and the light near the ironing board didn't work. Despite requesting a room cleaning, it was never cleaned during our three-night stay, which was very disappointing. The pool was also very dirty, with hair and bugs in it. Given it was a busy holiday weekend, one would expect more frequent cleaning. I would not book this location again.
