The rooms, the patio, the pool were very dirty, the elevator had holes in the door and the reception did not have a roof.

Because of an e.d.c event my daughter and I were put out into the streets because we couldn't extend our stay due to the hotel being booked out through the weekend. We weren't notified that there was an event and rate hike were incoming,, prior to the days of the event.

The shower drain was clogged 2 time and the whole hotel was falling apart and outdated

Fire Alarm went off at 2:30 am. Fire department came didn’t find anything and could not shut off the malfunctioning alarm. At 4 am we finally just went back to our room with headphones on (alarm still going off) to get our luggage and left. Hotel staff didn’t communicate with any of the guest waiting the parking lot to let us know what was going on or what our options might be.

What my mom liked: 1. Very ADA friendly, and comfortable bed, pillow and amazing shower. 2. Parking was easy and plentiful. 3. Breakfast area was well stocked. What I didn’t like: 1. The employee that checked us in on Saturday checked us in under the wrong reservation resulting in our keys being discontinued and having to have them rekeyed and the attendant kept saying she didn’t know what to do. All was taken care of and I’m sure it is just a training issue.

Good place to stay when your tgere to visit family or friends. No slot machines, quiet and a great location to get to the other fun things to do in Vegas that aren't on the strip. But if you want to go to the strip it's very easy to get there.

Everything was good except the 2nd night. A lot of empty rooms and they put 2 drunk people right next door . They talked loud and laughed until 3:30 AM.! We got very little sleep!

Didn't like that the pool and hottub wasn't working. And was not notified until arrival.
