The staff are nice, especially Watanabe san who went over and beyond in helping us call for taxi after we checked out
The location is a bit far from subway and train stations

We had a family of five in the room. It was nice clean and very quiet. Easy access to the Ginza train line and Asakusa train line. That made it easy to get anywhere in Tokyo we needed to go.

Small rooms but good because we spent most the time walking and exploring

The staff never helpful, supposedly need a room where 5 people can stay, the staff said, cannot help you you cancel this one then go back to expedia and book another, which i did, expedia said playsis is all taken i am GLAD i didn’t cancel my booking at playsis, 5th friend decided to leave…
Staff never offer anything or recommend another hotel, staff needs to know to suggest or recommend something during this critical period
