This is a massive building. At times it felt as if I was on a cruise ship. But the location is great, staff are helpful and try to be, and it has a lot of amenities for your stay. Pretty good.

The room is tiny but it is typical for Japan. The hotel is new and located near train station and bus stop. They provide amenities daily but cleaning is upon request which I think it is a good idea since the room is not that messy. The facilities are great, Lawson is no the 2nd floor, ice making, laundry and spa. The area is quiet and safe. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I also met the hotel owner by chance, she is very nice and polite by greeting me infront of the elevator :)

Excellent location. The hotel was close to two stations, which made it super convenient to go to all the places. All the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was small, but it was clean and organized.

About a 5 min walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants to choose from next to and around the station as well. Close to the river and sumo stadium. Only negative is that there is a wait for the elevator during busy periods for the elevator.
