Best hotel to pick if you want to be close to all and have a clean safe and good hotel.

Hotel room was dirty and the room has the smell of sewage lingering everyday. Room cleaning service was not thorough as we found obvious hair on the towel after cleaning service was completed. We had to buy air freshener from nearby 7-11 to cover the bad smell.
Service at hotel reception was slow and inefficient. Counter was flooded with people when we checked out. The room check was done but receptionist was too busy helping other waiting guests so we had to wait almost half an hour to finally check out.
Poorly managed. Will not recommend to anyone.

It was perfection. The beds were so comfortable and our room was amazing with a fabulous view! We loved the pool also. It was so convenient. We were able to leave our luggage before checking in and for an entire day when we checked out.

We returned to the Solitaire Bangkok having been guests previously in July 2023. A complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made our 5 nights stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the ladies in the Club Lounge and the young gentleman Ice who are all very charming and attentive. Our young male housekeeper for room 1205 also deserves a mention for doing an exceptional job every day. Thank you to the team at the Solitaire Bangkok.

Excellent hotel if you are visiting Bangkok and would like to stay in Sukhumvit area. Lots of bars restaurants and other fun stuff around the hotel.
