Stay was great... just the 10 hour walk from the reception to the room was all that i could fault

It is right that it is about 100 meters from the reception to the lifts in the park wing. The information that the classic rooms – as you had booked one – are located in the park wing can be found in the room description and the map on our homepage; unfortunately expedia can’t show this. There is no spa. The hotel is decent but there is no spa like advertised.

But yes, it is right that you can’t compare the pool area of our more business-orientated hotel with a distinct SPA hotel. Good hotel well located but service mixed. Reception staff delightful and helpful but others (restaurant and bar) not friendly at all!

Hotel so good. Breakfast perfect. There is only issue is wi-fi problem

The place was nice but under construction and thus not comfortable walking to my room. In addition I was on the furthest point from the front desk, felt that way, and made for a guaranteed accomplishment of my steps every day.
