Really great, modern hotel a stone's throw from the Köenigstraße👍. Staff & facilities are very good. But I'm a long trip traveler and even the largest room available was very tight. I'm used to space, mini fridge, and more room amenities. But others with less need for space will love it.

Our room had a single comforter and a single towel. When we asked the guy at the front desk for additional ones, he stated that house keeping must have set it up as a single instead of a double and he would send someone up with extras quickly. They never showed up and the rooms dont have phones to call the front desk to ask about the status of requests. I am striking this chain off of my places I will look at in the future.

Great Hotel Great Location
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was fantastic and the hotel is in a great location - very handy to shops and the Christmas markets. Everything was great except the WIFI, which was terrible.
