Hotel so good. Breakfast perfect. There is only issue is wi-fi problem

The place was nice but under construction and thus not comfortable walking to my room. In addition I was on the furthest point from the front desk, felt that way, and made for a guaranteed accomplishment of my steps every day.

It is right that we have one floor with some construction works; we are closing the ceiling right now. Usually we try not to use this floor but we have to if the hotel is fully booked. I apologize for the inconveniences. And yes, it is indeed right that it is a bit to walk to the rooms in the park wing. The information that the classic rooms – as you had booked one – are located in the park wing can be found in the room description and on the map on our homepage; expedia can’t show this in this manner unfortunately. The hotel is just fine but the surroundings are somewhat underwhelming.

Not sure how people have this place good reviews. It wasn’t worth the 130 something per night. The hallways had wires hanging from the missing ceiling. The rooms are extremely dated and the bed is uncomfortable.

It is right that we have one floor with constructions works at the moment but they don’t affect the rooms. We couldn’t postpone these works as they improve the fire safety for our guests. Usually we try not to use this floor but we have to if the hotel is fully booked. Quite, comfortable & good quality hotel.. great location to walk everywhere around Downtown Stuttgart. 3-minute walk U-Bahn (Train & Metro)...very easy to access the Messe & Airport via U-Bahn / S-Bahn..5-star German Breakfast good staff

It's the craziest thing. The best thing about this property is the facilities itself. It us clean, spacious and beautiful. The customer service is mid at best. From hearing them dispute with another customer about possibly being cheated out of money, to being assigned the wrong room at first, all the way to a bartender named 'Anna' that works at the Piano Bar getting an attitude when I was trying to get my bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it seems like they went out of their way to give bad customer service.
