Like-staff, pool-hot tub area
Dislike-room-rundown: heat/AC didn’t function properly; stuck in 68 degrees -got cold in the room; bathroom / shower Barely functioning
Dislike- partying noise outside rooms most of night;

The property was easy to get to, the Staff were all absolutely amazing. My family and I stayed there for 6 days, when we checked in the first night our shower leaked out all over the floor while it was running, they upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge the next day when we told them about it. The breakfast was always hot and ready when we went to eat. We would recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

The photos of this place have got to be outdated. I booked this spot for my husband and I as our first stop on our move across the country. The front staff was nice but this place… not so nice. This place is dirty and not well kept. I’m grateful that we were just SO exhausted that we just needed sleep. The common area was fine but our room was pretty gross. Dirty bathroom, no idea the last time the place was vacuumed, and we even found old wads of chewing tobacco on the floor (I thought it was poop…). Yuck. I definitely wouldn’t recommend :(

Our room was gross. Sheets not changed, toilet had poop stains and staff didn't believe us.

Two stars because the lady at the front desk was very friendly.. zero stars for cleanliness and condition of the room. The door, moldings and walls around the bathroom were VERY dirty and had all kinds of splashes and splatters. The toilet seat was broken, my socks stuck to the carpet, and the room smelled like mildew.
