It was a quirky hotel, the room was beautifully decorated and well thought out. Incredibly spacious.
Easy check in with friendly staff. Only 10 minutes away from Caffeine and Machine! ❤️. The only down side, if any would the room could have been slightly cleaner.. but other than that it was awesome!! Thank you

Very comfy and spacious rooms, excellent shower and bathroom. Very friendly staff ,good bar and nice location.
Coffee options lacking and food served different to what was on menu. Ordered a mushroom Ravioli with butter but the ravioli has a strong cheese filling
Overall very positive and happy with my stay

Lisa at reception was not very hospitable especially at breakfast. Room was lovely - sweet tub, hot water & comfy bed. Shower was too small, carpets need replacement on stairs, breakfast area was not very clean, continental breakfast was disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean room, continental breakfast was sufficient, my only negative was we had a lovely roll top bath but the water was cold when I had filled it.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, Vicky and Lisa helped make our stay in Stratford first class. The continental breakfast was more than enough to get us on our way. Complimentary tea and coffee in our room, we especially liked the fresh milk that was supplied. Highly recommend.

I’m so pleased to have found this spot and would happily come back. For theatre-goers, it is a quick walk back after the show, and while it is close to the centre of the town, it is very quiet. The rooms are lovely and comfortable — mine looked over the Guildhouse — and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I ate in the restaurant and recommend it as well.
