Location - waterside, stunning acriss Strelasund and islands, close to waterfront walk and boat trips etc. Short 10 min walk to old city centre with good choice if restaurants, bars and shops. Room - in the 'Dependance' (annexe) : spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Good sized bathroom with excellent walk-in shower. Brilliant housekeeping team - towels and linens changed frequently - request for extra pillows dealt with immediately. Reception: Welcoming, efficient and helpful staff. Bar - great, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, waterside views - very reasonable prices. What Could Be Improved - Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms Easier access tWi-Fi

Great hotel location on water and short walk to centre of old town. Stralsund is the perfect gateway to explore Rügen Island and surrounding area

Quite pleasant with good chef & wine selection in restaurant. Pleasant knowledgable staff. Great location to explore the Alte Stadt/old city and harbor.

Sehr heiss im Zimmer bei nur 22 Grad Aussentemperatur. Keine Klimaanlage, Lüften aufgrund der Umstände nur bei sehr hohem Lärmpegel möglich

Lieber Gast, In Stralsund gibt es kein Hotel mit Klimaanlage.Es tut uns sehr leid.Zu Ihrem Aufenthalt fanden gerade die "Hafentage" in Stralsund statt, daher war es rund um unser Hotel lauter als gewöhnlich.

Toller Kurzurlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren für 2 Tage im Hotel Hafenresidenz. Der Empfang war freundlich und schnell konnten wir das Doppelzimmer beziehen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Das Bad war schön groß und sehr sauber. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
