"I asked to get a room not on the first floor. They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"

"The room was dirty the curtains were completely stained there was holes in the picture on the wall the walls had stuff on them I had to clean the shower because there was still hair in it from the previous guest where it did not get clean the TV did not work at all I ended up cleaning the entire room just so that I could still sleep there because I knew I would not get a refund zero out of 10 I do not recommend "

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the rooms and common areas, everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. It was clear that great attention is given to keeping the property clean and comfortable for guests. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning, and everything was well stocked and organized. It was the perfect way to start the day. Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of space, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable accommodations, amazing staff, excellent breakfast, top-notch cleanliness, and convenient parking made this an experience we will definitely remember. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Blankets had stains on them as well as the sheets. Walls were dirty as if someone had been kicking the walls and the door. My ice bucket came apart and there was mold in the bottom portion. Staff was friendly since I didn’t have any interaction with them, but I would not recommend this hotel."

"I stayed because it was close to the function I was attending but is is a poorly maintained hotel. The structure is solid but the furniture was about to crumble. The pipes were loose. The table for rĥe suitcase was just dangling. Breakfast was terrible. Plastic scrambled eggs, burnt sausages. The first room they gave me the sink pipe didn't have water, I had to move to a different room. The microwave was broken, the wires of smoke detector were hanging loose.This property is in need of serious upgrade and maintenance. Never again and do not recommend to anybody."
