Great Customer Service At Check In From Jasper such a lovely guy and very helpful made us feel very welcome. Also the COOKIES were amazing.. thank youuu xx

No air conditioning which made the room to hot very poor of a doubletree not to have air conditioning and they never advised me that they didn’t

Many thanks for your review.It has been very hot.. summer has arrived!It is unfortunate we don't have a/c and we don't advertise that it is a facility that we offer.We try to make the rooms cool by providing fans and opening windows.

The hotel is set in a good location and is fabulous. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Customer service was bad especially at the restaurants. They were struggling to manage the guest
