Amenities published on website such as the pool and hot tub are out of order. The building where the rooms are smelled terrible.

It was quick last minute stay. Fast food restaurant, gas stations close by. Fruit yard and waterloo BBQ further east. If you go west of waterloo road please theres the German Guy restaurant.

The staff threatened me stating they would call the cops. When I made the reservation on Expedia the first time my car did not go through so then I redid it and I selected to pay at the property. She did not take my card and said it was declined, I tried to explain that I selected to pay at the hotel and I was booking another night, she said if I don't get out staff would remove my things and they would call the police. I have stayed 3-4 nights booked through Expedia and the whole time was. Nightmare, there is no breakfast as stated, there are chains on most of the facility doors, unkempt landscaping, the pool is drained,the door to the room is so difficult to open I have to do the key then shoulder check the door like Im Wayne Gretzky! This place is a fraud. The first night I was there the lady was so old she didn't know what she was doing it took over 3 hours to check in because they couldn't see my reservation. Expedia spoke w me and then and emailed it but they can't figure it out, when I asked for late check out because I was waiting for over. 3 hours in the lobby she said she would give 3o min or she would charge me $25 per hour.. 140 rooms and there was maybe 5 cars in the whole place.there is no restaurant.
